Single day fee: 30 €
Whole event: 70 €
Symposium dinner (on Thursday at the Suomenlinna Officers Club): 70 €
Venue
Our symposium venue is the Helsinki Music Centre, Mannerheimintie 13 a / Töölönlahdenkatu 16 C.
An info desk will be open during symposium hours for registration matters, symposium materials and information at the Lower Foyer (situated below street level at the southernmost end of the Music Centre). This space will also be used for the welcome address and our coffee breaks.
Four spaces are booked at the Music Centre for our streams. From the Music Center general side, we have Auditorium and Organo (larger halls for the panels and 4-presenter-sessions) and the Terrace Foyer (for up to 80 people). From the Sibelius Academy side of the complex the symposium uses Assembly room S3101 (for approximately 30 people).

Accommodation
The organizers have negotiated discounts and secured a limited number of reduced-rate hotel rooms. We hope this will make it somewhat easier to plan your trip.
The most affordable offer (from 89€ for a single room) came from Omenahotels (Yrjönkatu). This offer closed April 15th.
The medium price offer (from 135€ for a single room) came from Hotel Arthur. This offer closed May 5th.
The high-grade option (229€ for a single room) is Crowne Plaza. This offer closed April 20th.
The venue is at the heart of Helsinki, thus there are lots of accommodation possibilities available. However, the first weeks of June are a somewhat busy time in Helsinki hotels, so an early booking may be well-advised. We encourage also browsing the Helsinki accommodation options via e.g. booking.com.
