The starting points of my work are the motion, volume and dimensions of the human body. I am interested in people’s personal space and the way our bodies fill up space. Essential aspects of my working process include recording the passage of time as well as the growth and change of the works.

 

A bodily connection between the viewer and my works is important to me. I try to activate the viewers either by appealing to their senses or by creating interactive spaces or objects that you can touch or wear, for example. I want to create situations where the viewer can enjoy a gripping and intuitive experience.
